DEALERSHIP

99% of people think it’s a typo.

Only 1% know it is not.

It is not a typo. We took the H out on purpose.

Because a dealership without the H factor is a Dealersip.

The letter we refused to keep

Why is Dealersip spelled without the H?

Every dealer we have ever met is fighting the same six things. They all begin with the same letter, so we dropped it from our name as a promise about what we build.

Hurdles
Hassles
Hiccups
Headaches
Hindrance
Hesitation

Not just a clever name

What we actually removed

A missing letter is only worth something if the software behind it does the work. Here is what each one means in practice.

Hurdles — entering the same vehicle five times

One record feeds your website, your marketing, your CRM and your books. Enter the vehicle once and it is everywhere.

Hassles — writing every listing by hand

Give the vehicle name and AI fills the specifications and writes the selling description. Minutes, not an evening.

Hiccups — the buyer nobody called back

Every lead carries a follow-up date and a next action, so a busy Saturday does not quietly turn into a sale at the dealership down the road.

Headaches — books that never match the lot

Real double-entry accounting lives inside the same system that sells the cars, so the sale, the trade-in and the tax post themselves.

Hindrance — being invisible locally

Vehicle pages publish with proper listing markup and search engines are notified in under 24 hours, so buyers find the unit while it is still fresh.

Hesitation — deciding without the facts

Ask Bella what needs you today and she answers from your live data — aging stock, overdue follow-ups, money you are owed.

Questions about the name

No. Dealersip is spelled correctly. The H was deliberately removed from the word Dealership, because H stands for Hurdles, Hassles, Hiccups, Headaches, Hindrance and Hesitation — everything the software is built to remove from a dealership.

Because a dealership without the H factor is a Dealersip. Dropping the letter is a reminder of what the product is for: removing the friction that slows a used vehicle dealership down.

Dealer-sip, exactly as it reads. The first part is the same as dealership, and the ending rhymes with sip.

It is dealership management software for used vehicle dealers, with an AI teammate called Bella. Inventory, the dealership website, CRM, marketing, accounting and AI vehicle appraisal all live in one system, so information is entered once and Bella can answer questions across the whole business.
