Home
The Home page is the main dashboard that appears after you log in to Dealersip. It gives you quick access to important areas of the software, shows urgent notices when action is required, and highlights tasks that can help improve your dealership website performance.
Important Notices
At the top of the Home page, Dealersip may show important notices when there is something that requires your attention. These notices are not always visible. They appear only when Dealersip needs to inform you about an important update, required action, system change, domain configuration issue, subscription matter, or any other critical information.
If an action is required, the notice will clearly explain what needs to be done, which domain or setting is affected, and the deadline if applicable. Please read these notices carefully and complete the required action as soon as possible to avoid interruption in your website or software services.
Frequently Used
The Frequently Used section provides quick access to commonly used features in Dealersip. This helps you open important modules directly from the Home page without searching through the menu.
Common shortcuts may include Setup, Leads Report, Manage Account, Website Settings, Live Chat, Purchase, Leads, Sales, Promotions, Users, and Activities. The available shortcuts may change based on your account, permissions, and usage.
Tasks to Increase Website Performance
This section shows recommended actions that help improve your dealership website performance, online visibility, lead generation, and customer trust. These tasks are designed to guide you through important setup and marketing steps that should be completed for better results.
Each task may show whether it has been completed or still requires attention. Some tasks may also include suggested actions explaining why the task is important and how it can help your dealership receive more traffic and leads.
Examples of these tasks include connecting your Google Business Profile, verifying that your social media pages contain the correct dealership website link, making sure online directories point to the correct domain, and sharing vehicle page links instead of only images.
Website Activity
The Website Activity section displays visitor activity from your dealership website. It helps you understand how people are interacting with your website and may show details such as visitor information, buying intent, viewed vehicles, and recent website behavior.
This information can help your team identify interested visitors and follow up at the right time.
Meet Bella
The Meet Bella card gives you quick access to Bella, the Dealersip AI assistant. Bella can help answer questions about using the software and guide you through available features.
Click the Ask Bella button if you need help understanding or using Dealersip.
Support Center
The Support Center card provides quick access to support. If you have an issue, need help, or want to request a new feature, you can use this section to create a support ticket.
What’s New?
The What’s New card shows the latest software version and release information. You can use this section to learn about recent updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features added to Dealersip.
Dynamic Content
The Home page updates dynamically based on your account setup, recent activity, available features, software updates, website status, and important system notices. Because of this, the information shown on your Home page may be different from another dealership’s Home page.
